2025 State of the City Address

As Union City continues its rapid expansion, residents and businesses are witnessing firsthand the City’s commitment to building a stronger future. With new infrastructure projects, financial growth, and community initiatives in the works, Mayor Vince R. Williams will address the City’s forward momentum at the 2025 State of the City Address.

The theme “Pardon Our Progress” reminds us that today’s changes are shaping tomorrow’s opportunities. The City Council, as well as other local officials and community members will gather in Georgia’s fastest-growing city for the much-anticipated 2025 State of the City Address at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, April 15, at Benjamin Banneker High School.

This year’s theme, “Pardon Our Progress,” reflects Union City’s rapid transformation, ongoing infrastructure projects, and commitment to a thriving future. Mayor Vince R. Williams will take the podium to share the City’s journey over the past year and unveil plans for the future.
