2025 SSC Fall Training Camp

SSC is offering a Fall Swimming Training Camp in preparation for the Fall/Winter sports seasons. The training camp will start on Monday, July 21 and finish on Friday, August 8. The camp will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 6:00-7:30am at the SMSU Pool. There will be a total of 9 sessions and the cost will be $75. The camp is for athletes entering into grades 6 and up. Prior swimming experience is required as each day will include a 60-minute cardio workout and 30 minutes of specialized drill work for better strokes, starts, and turns. A swimmer does NOT need to be a member of SSC to participate in this training camp. If interested, please sign up online or email Coach Connie at [email protected]. Feel free to forward to other interested parties. This is a great way to get in shape for the Fall sports season. A minimum of 10 swimmers is needed to hold this camp.
Camp dates will be July 21, 23, 25, 28, 30 and August 1, 4, 6, 8.
