Once you check in at the Conference hotel, you're invited to come downstairs and mingle with your colleagues and enjoy live music, food and drinks. This event is a kick-off gathering for the rest of the conference - a good way to start your time at this annual get-together.

Day 2 - Thursday, May 15, 2025

One-day Conference

Travel/hotel information: Here is some important information to note as you plan your hotel accommodations:

• Rooms have been blocked off at the Holiday Inn Express Nashville Downtown, located at 920 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37203.

• The conference room rate is $230.00 plus tax per night (single/double overnight occupancy). The Conference room rate is good through 04/14/2025. Rooms include refrigerator, microwave, full-size ironing board, security safe and Keurig coffee maker.

• Rooms may be secured by:

• You will be required to provide a credit card upon making reservations.

• Valet-only parking is $40 plus tax per night. (The web booking system auto defaults parking to $55. You will receive the discounted rate on property.)

• The hotel has a spectacular fitness center and the outdoor pool is seasonal.

• NOTE: The Conference room rate will be available up to Monday, April 14, 2025, based on availability.
