2025 SPELHOUSE TAILGATE EXPERIENCE - The Rewind!

Dear Classmates of Morehouse & Spelman College Class of 1989,

Exciting Updates for SpelHouse Homecoming & Tailgate 2025!

We are thrilled to share some exciting details regarding our upcoming SpelHouse Homecoming and Tailgate event in 2025! Although life can be busy and budgets tight, we’re committed to making this event a memorable celebration for all.

**Location Update**: This year, we will be celebrating next to the Ohio Club, reminiscent of our early years together! We’ve listened to your feedback from the survey, and the majority voted to return to this beloved spot. You can check out all the nostalgia in the pictures below.

**DJ Entertainment**: We are excited to announce that Sean Mitchell will spin the tunes for us, adding an energetic vibe to our gathering. We’ll be close to the Ray Pac Center, across the street from the football field. More details will follow as we finalize arrangements.

**Host Committee Invitation**: We are introducing a Host Committee instead of traditional sponsorship levels to enhance this year's festivities. We’re looking for (10) Morehouse men and (10) Spelmanites to join this special group. Each member will contribute $500, which will cover the immediate costs for the tents provided by Morehouse. In return, you will receive:

(2) wristbands/tickets to the C’89 tent-

(2) Morehouse tailgate entrance wristbands-

(2) SpelHouse signature T-shirts

- Surprises in your goodie bag!

**Early Bird Registration**: We are offering an Early Bird special for the C’89 Tailgate fee at $125. Please note that this does not include the Morehouse Tailgate Entrance wristband; that link will be shared in August. Please note that the tent space will be limited, and we want to ensure that everyone who pays gets served. Therefore, food service will be available from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. After this time, we cannot guarantee availability, the spirits will still be flowing :)

**Special Access for Students**:

We encourage our current SpelHouse students to join us as well. Their entrance fee is $35, so please encourage them to plan accordingly. If they’d like to bring friends along, it's $35 for them as well. Again, PLAN ACCORDINGLY!!!!
