Announcing the 2025 SoCal Elims.Starting date will be Monday, June 16th, 7:00 pm at Fountain Bowl.
Entry fee will remain at $450.00. However, this year the entry will be due, in full on, or before, week 1. I will be accepting Zelle and Venmo starting in May. Credit card payments will be accepted on site week 1. There will be no refunds once a ball is thrown in competition, for any reason.
This summer we will be bowling on the Kegel, Big Ben oil pattern.
We will have 9 weeks of qualifying (5 games each week) with qualifying ending on Monday, August 11th. Bracket finals will be August 18th and August 25th.
Depending on entries, we will cut to the top 10 or top 12 for 2 game, total pin, double elimination matches. If the cut is 10, the top 2 seeds will receive 2 rounds of byes. If the cut is 12, the top 2 seeds will receive a 1 round bye. In the finals, the bowler advancing from the elimination bracket will have to beat the bowler advancing from the winner's bracket twice.
This season there will only be 2 make ups and/or pre bowls and 1 use of a sub. The sub can only be used for weeks 1 through 8. No subs, pre bowls or make ups allowed for the bracket finals. Make up and/or pre bowls are only allowed after the regular session.
Any make ups must be done upon your return.
