2025 SHE Reaps Beyond - Building the Bridge Ladies Event

The S.H.E. Reaps Beyond Experience promises to be a very special and extraordinary gathering, far beyond a typical conference! Set for October 9-10, 2025, this event will be filled with spirit-led worship, heartfelt prayer, empowering general sessions, interactive small group discussions, open panel conversations, and incredible opportunities for fellowship and connections. We are excited to welcome women who are passionate and eager to reap the harvest in the Black and African American community!

S.H.E. Reaps Beyond Experience is led by Tonda Henry, Building the Bridge Ladies Ministries Liason.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

Who: Women in Ministry are invited to this enriching experience —any woman serving in any capacity within her church or home is welcome to join us.

What: This two-day event is designed to equip and encourage you and refresh your spirit for the work ahead. The S.H.E. Reap Experience will provide a unique environment apart from traditional conferences, services, or workshops.

When: Mark your calendars for Thursday and Friday, October 9-10! We’ll kick things off on Thursday morning, with check-in starting at 9:00 a.m. We encourage you to arrive early to sign in, meet new friends, and explore our Merch before the sessions begin at 10:00 a.m. Our sessions will conclude Friday evening, so we suggest planning to depart on Saturday morning to enjoy the experience fully.

Where: The event will unfold at the Pentecostals of Stone Mountain (6212 Memorial Drive, Stone Mountain, GA 30083), conveniently located about 22 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Travel: If you’re flying in, we recommend booking your flight to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) for Wednesday afternoon or evening. This will allow you to settle in and rest before we dive into the S.H.E. Reaps Beyond Experience on Thursday morning! Connecting with other attendees about potential carpooling could add to the excitement.

Cost: Registration opens at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11th, during the Building the Bridge Conference via Eventbrite. Secure your early bird registration for just $65 until August 1st, which includes registration, lunch, and dinner on both days, along with all materials. After that, the price will increase to $75 on August 2nd.

What should I wear?

Expect to dress casually and comfortably! Consider layering or bringing a sweater to adjust your comfort level throughout the event. October in Atlanta is beautiful🍂

How will meals work?

We’ll provide lunch and dinner on Thursday and Friday, allowing us to make the most of our time together. Each attendee will be responsible for breakfast on their own.
