** Due to high guest count and for the comfort of all guests on board, Yacht may return for 15-20 minutes to dock half-way through event to refill fresh water and or empty greywater tanks (to be determined at captain's discretion underway). Doors/ramp won't be opened/prepped for any disembarkation during this time. **

Age Requirement: Must be 21+ to participate. Valid Photo ID must be able to compare with guest. ID's will be checked and bag searches will be conducted randomly (discretion of Captain).
All Sales Final: No refunds or exchanges. Prices may increase based on supply & demand.
Boarding/Yacht Location: San Francisco Spirit Yacht boarding location (Hornblower Cruises & Events) is located at Pier 3, on The Embarcadero, San Francisco, CA 94111.
Do Not Miss the Boat: Gates close at 9:25pm. Cruise leaves sharply at 9:30pm. Absolutely NO Refunds or exchanges. We reserved a spot for you on our cruise.

Bag Requirements: The only permitted bags that are allowed onboard the vessel must meet the following requirements: All bags must be completely clear and no larger than 6 inches long and 5 inches tall. Any other bags or purses will not be allowed onboard.
Parking: Attend parking lot available at Pier 3, on the Embarcadero. Additional Parking: On Davis St. between Broadway St. & Vallejo St, On the corner of The Embarcadero & Broadway St and On The Embarcadero & Washington St. (directly across from Pier 3). * Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to find parking. Bay Area Nightlife and Hornblower Cruises & Events are not responsible for any parking lots.
Party Responsibly: Please DO NOT Drink & Drive. Opt for Ride Share Apps (Lyft or Uber), a taxi service or designated driver.
Covid-19 Protocol (if any at all) For All Guests will be announced closer to the event date, and will be based on current CDC Guideline and City of San Francisco's protocols to party safely and responsibly. If the event is canceled due to Covid-19; you will be refunded.
