Chris Balderrama, Co-Founder and President of iClaims Services and Director of Fixed Ops and Warranty Administration for RVsurance, will host “Broken Promises: The RV Warranty Crisis” from 2 to 3 p.m. PST on Wednesday, Nov. 12.In this session, he will unpack how the industry is failing its customers, why trust in RV brands is eroding, and what changes are urgently needed to meet the expectations of today’s RV consumers.
In addition to dealership professionals, we invite manufacturers to attend this session for insights on what is happening at the store level with the warranty process. This workshop will explore ways dealers and manufacturers can work together to modernize the RV consumer’s warranty experience.
