Hello everyone! I'm so excited to announce the date and location for the launch party for the 2025 Roath Writers Anthology! �
**The party will be held at Porter's Cardiff on Thursday the 13th November from 7pm-9pm. **
Those who have submitted for this years anthology have been sent an email with additional information about the nights events (including things such as reading). Please let me know if you submitted for this years anthology and have not received an email.
The first half of the night will consist of featured readers (those who submitted), followed by a short break before we move onto an open mic in the second half. This event will be open to the public - so please bring along friends and family to celebrate with us!
The open mic will be first-come-first-served and sign-up for it will be available during the break. The open mic will be limited to 2 poems per reader and no more than 5 minutes of prose.
Paperback copies of the anthology will be available to buy on the night (if you are a contributor to this years anthology please let me know if you would like a copy ASAP). I will edit this post in the coming future to add a link so that those who wish to do so can buy the anthology online�
We're really looking forward to seeing you all and celebrating your wonderful work! Feel free to take the poster and spread the word, the more the merrier! ��
