2025 Real Estate Market Forum

The 37th Annual Real Estate Market Forum, covering trends in real estate, construction, and the local economy in the Spokane-Kootenai-Bonner area, will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at The Coeur d'Alene Resort. An outstanding group of speakers has been assembled by the Market Forum Planning Subcommittee.

The Forum starts promptly at 8am!! We should be finished with lunch by 2pm.

Ticket price includes: Forum, lunch, WA/ID REALTORS & Appraisers clock hours (pending approval).

• You must be signed in and take your seat before 8am
• You must sign in when you you get there & sign out before lunch
• NO EXCEPTIONS.
