Get ready to move and groove with Project Shine’s Team Pharos 🌟 from Youth Corps Singapore, as we set sail on an adventure to health and fitness! 🏃‍♀️🍎

Keep active with quests that include:

• fun games 🎯
• simple workouts 🏋️‍♂️
• and obstacle challenges 🧗‍♂️

During our last session, come together for the grand treasure hunt 🗺️—find clues, solve puzzles, and uncover the treasure we’ve been training for! 💪🔥

IMPORTANT

• Members must be accompanied by 1 caregiver except for members who require 2 caregivers’ assistance.
• YAS! Staff will be present only for Session 1 and 3.
