Description

To support our young adults to thrive in the community and lead enriching lives, the programme offers a trio of interesting activities including a recess break.

Activity 1 - Kickstart your day with an upbeat and exciting zumba session! Let loose and exercise to fun tunes, while making lasting memories with friends.

Activity 2 - At recess, members will learn basic money management skills and purchase their own snacks and drinks at the school canteen.

Activity 3 - Learn about light and colour through interactive hands-on experiments and discover interesting science topics with craft activities led by our team.

IMPORTANT

Members can only be accompanied by 1 caregiver except for members who require 2 caregivers’ assistance.

Zumba Instructor Profile: William Ong

William Ong has been a fitness instructor for over 25 years and has experience teaching a wide variety of fitness activities such as kickboxing, circuit training, step aerobics. He is certified in Zumba, yoga, aqua aerobics and FloatFit and has taught at special need schools, mainstream schools, senior centres, fitness and private clubs.
