Pre-Convention meeting dates: (All meetings begin at 6:30pm except for the last one on 10/17 at the Cathedral, which will begin at 4:00pm.)

• 10/09, online and in-person: Grace, Hulmeville - 313 Main St, Hulmeville, PA 19047

• 10/14, Virtual - Voting Training Session only*

• 10/16, Virtual - Voting Training Session only*

• 10/17, online and in-person: The Philadelphia Episcopal Cathedral - 19 S. 38th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104

NOTE:You must register to participate in one of the Voting training sessions. Parishes should submit their deputies names by September 18, 2025 to Kionna Lipscomb [email protected].

• Proposed resolutions
• Proposed Canon changes
• Proposed 2026 Budget
• Candidates seeking nomination can speak

After you register, the zoom link for each event date will be sent to you by email. Please note that each pre-convention meeting is assigned its own unique zoom link information, therefore, you will not be able to use the same zoom link for other meeting dates.
