The OSMT is a week long disc golf tournament in honor of our friend Orion Sylvester, who lost his battle to Bipolar in 2022. We are raising money for the Juvenile Bipolar Research Foundation as per his wife's wishes.
The format of the tournament is unique. You may play as many rounds as you wish, and we'll take your BEST round as the score. The festivities commence as soon as the baskets are moved (hopefully by monday Dec 1) and continue through the 12-7 weekly, which we host, followed by a party, raffle, food.

This year we are bringing some unique ideas to the tournament, including...FRANKENSTEIN SCORING. This is the concept where we consider your best score on a HOLE BY HOLE basis. For example, if you birdie hole 3 in your first round, but get a bogey in your second, we count the birdie in your FRANKENSCORE. Each hole we’ll do the same, so you can try to be the best version of yourself…in aggregate!
We have special prizes associated with this, but also low score of each day.

Credit goes to Greg Quiroga for doing most of the heavy lifting this year, but also to Jonah Schmidt for his amazing design work for the discs and the prizes, and Scott Snyder for being ultra helpful before, during, and after the event.
