Artist Studios at Fearrington Village welcomes visitors for our annual free self-guided tour of the artists’ studios on Saturday October 11 10 AM-5 PM and Sunday October 12 noon-5 PM. Twenty artists — painters potters photographers jewelers woodworkers sculptors and fiber artists — will welcome the public into their workspaces to view and purchase unique works of art. Many of the artists have exhibited widely in juried shows and displayed at galleries locally and nationally.
Admission is free. Look for the signs pointing the way to each artist’s location and markers at each studio … discover the perfect gift or treat yourself to a work of art. Explore Fearrington Village’s restaurants and walking trails scenic park and pond champion belted Galloway cows and fainting goats.
The brochure/maps of studio locations are available at more than 100 locations throughout Wake Orange and Chatham Counties; within Fearrington Village at McIntyre’s Books in the Village Center; as well as shops and restaurants in Pittsboro Chapel Hill Hillsborough Apex and Durham.
