Mark your calendars for the 2025 NWYRA Awards Banquet Saturday, November 15 in Columbia Hall at Oregon State Fairgrounds in Salem! Dinner tickets are officially on sale on Saddlebook at https://saddlebook.com/events/12026. Dinner will be catered by McKillip's Catering Inc. again, and will be $25 a person. If you are wanting to attend, but do not want to eat then admission is free! We do ask that you still RSVP on saddlebook so we can make sure to have plenty of tables and chairs for everyone. Deadline to RSVP or get tickets is Oct 30Be sure to come prepared for the Dessert Dash our court puts on. Each table pools together money and the table with the most money gets first dibs on the desserts to choose from and it goes down from there. It’s a lot of fun and there is a lot of yummy treats to choose from!
Each contestant that attends the banquet will receive a raffle ticket, we will draw throughout the evening and they will get to come, choose an awesome prize from the raffle table. This was a huge hit last year with the kids and nobody went home empty-handed!
We will also have our auction items, all money raised goes towards the scholarship fund. 
We have posted which contestants will be receiving awards for all around, individual events, and Philomath. Please, if you are not able to attend the banquet, you will need to designate someone to receive your awards on stage on your behalf. Same with contestant gifts, if you were unable to attend, please be sure to have somebody lined up to retrieve yours for you. We will not be mailing any items to people.
