2025 Northwest Food Hub Network Summit

Join us on Thursday and Friday, March 13-14 for two days of networking, on-site tours, and breakout sessions—plus, a full lineup of panels featuring perspectives from the front lines of food hub network development that you won’t find anywhere else.

This year's in-person event will be held in the Grand Ballroom on the Third Floor of the John J. Hemmingson Center on the campus of Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.

Day One—Thursday, March 13

The event will kick off on Thursday, March 13 at 1pm PDT with concurrent site tours at LINC Foods, CasaCano Farms, and Gonzaga Campus Dining. Attendees may select their choice of one tour during registration. There is no added cost to attend a tour, but space is limited.

We'll hold the inaugural Grow Your Network Gathering later that evening from 5-7pm PST in the Grand Ballroom. This social hour and exhibitor show offers a space to catch up with old friends, make some new ones, and learn about the wide array organizations working at all levels to build a better regional food system here in the Northwest.

All wishing to attend the Grow Your Network Gathering must purchase a $10 add-on ticket which covers admission, appetizers, and one drink ticket redeemable for a beer, wine, or non-alcoholic hop water once you're inside—additional beverages are on your dime.

Day Two—Friday, March 14

Doors will open at 8am PDT on Friday, March 14 for conversation over coffee and breakfast before programming begins the next hour. The morning will include presentations, panels, and affinity group discussions before we break at midday for a locally sourced lunch.

In the afternoon, we'll run two sessions at a time in parallel to provide participants with the opportunity to engage with the content most relevant to their role in our food system.
