Please share this information with your colleagues and staff—this offer extends to two DOT representatives or bridge owners from each state or agency.
Reimbursement Details: The two representatives from each state will be reimbursed for registration and travel expenses. Please connect the two attendees with DOTQS ([email protected]), who will provide a discount code for registration.
AISC will reimburse these two representatives for their travel expenses. Please review the following guidelines for eligible expenses and the reimbursement process. Please contact Todd Alwood, Vice President of Membership & Certification, at [email protected] if you have any questions about reimbursement.
Travel: We’re pleased to reimburse your actual direct travel expenses up to the specified maximum of $800. This includes mileage reimbursement for local mileage at the current IRS-recommended rate, parking, ridesharing (taxis, Uber, Lyft), public transportation, meals during travel, and air or rail fare.

In-room costs and incidentals are not reimbursed.
Ask for guidance before submitting a non-local mileage reimbursement request.
