2025 Night to Shine Hays- Volunteer Registration

Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God’s love, for people with special needs ages 14 and older. This coming year, on Friday, February 7, 2025, Night to Shine will celebrate its ninth anniversary as thousands from around the world will come together to honor those with special needs. Our goal is to keep Faith, Hope and Love shining as bright as ever as we bring this event back in person!

Volunteer Time Commitment

We ask that all our volunteers commit to being at a 1- hour informational meeting Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 7:00pm and for the event 4:15-10:00 pm on Friday, February 7, 2025. We will have a small volunteer meeting then you will break out into your designated groups to prepare for the night. Guests will arive around 5:30pm the event will run 6:00-9:00pm. Clean up will be from 9:00-10:30 pm. If we have all volunteers stay to help clean up it will be a quick process.

Background Checks

Background checks are required for all volunteers 18 and over.
