The New Zealand Economics Forum has established itself as an unmissable event in the calendar for policymakers and business leaders. Back for its fifth year on 13 & 14 February 2025, the two-day event will discuss some of the most pressing economic issues facing our nation.
The forum is proudly run and hosted by Waikato Management School at the University of Waikato.
This year's theme, 'Unconstrained thinking for constrained times', addresses the tough choices that families, businesses, and the government face amid current financial constraints.
We'll explore important long-term challenges in areas such as education, health and infrastructure, while also examining the impact of emerging technologies like genetic engineering and artificial intelligence, while navigating a complex geopolitical landscape.
