We really wanted to make sure you could leave the absolute madness of 2024 and start 2025 with the best chance for a dance and leaving your troubles at the door. The 17th Annual New Years Day Concert is that reliable start to the year that lets you kick it off with some warmth from great people and great music before the noise of another year begins….
So come move your body and/or lay on the grass under the big trees and/or lose yourself and/or find yourself with an immersive night of big beats, global grooves, reggae, soul, funk, afro and world music at the legendary and fantastically and beautifully reliable NEW YEARS DAY CONCERT at the FREMANTLE ARTS CENTRE. It's an affordable ticket offering an exquisite selection of music, food, libations and good vibrations where great people unite around music played live and with love to start the new year just right.

TIJUANA CARTEL
Our Gold Coast/Byron Bay based besties bring their legendary all-dancing, hands-in-the-air, infectious and mesmerizing mash of electronic and world music to New Years Day. Get ready to let go as they go deep and turn a rich tapestry of global grooves, world sounds and glorious beats into a unique and immersive sonic soundscape that brings us all together as one on the first night of the year. Expect euphoria and dancing in their east meets west wonderland of house, flamenco, afro, techno, dub and more.
SUNSHINE BROTHERS
2025 is a very special year for the Brothers as NYD marks the start of their 20th anniversary year with the same line up!! They’ve been everywhere and seen and done ALOT of hilarious things together but like cheese or wine are definitely getting better with age. They’ll be playing their signature WA premium blend of tropical/dub/reggae sounds with more heart and soul than ever. The ‘house band’ for this gig couldn’t be happier to be here for the 17th time!
