Red River Valley Beekeepers is holding a training session for new hobby beekeepers. The training sessions are scheduled for Saturday March 1st from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, Tuesday March 4th from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm and Saturday March 8th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Red River Valley Fairground: Ag Education Center in West Fargo, ND.
We will be discussing what to expect in your first year of beekeeping, what supplies and equipment you will need as well as discussing the set up of your apiary. Attendance is free of charge.
Please respond to [email protected] with your preferred training date to reserve a seat. Include your name, address, phone number, email, and number attending. Class size is limited to 20 and for ages 12+ (3 hours can be a long time for those younger than 12).
