2025 Modern Mom on the Move Retreat - Curacao

The starting price (subject to change) of the trip is $1711 per person (based on double occupancy) for a deluxe suite with two beds.

This price does includes the accomodations, flights, airport transfers, an excursion, MMOTM retreat activies AND Pre-Departure Protection 😍.

To reserve your spot, please follow the direstions below.

• Fill out the Eventbrite registration form via the "Reserve a Spot" button.

• Once you have completed the Eventbrite registration, pay the $340 per person retreat fee at 2025 Modern Mom on the Move Retreat Deposit

• Once the Eventbrite registration and retreat fee have been paid, you will be contacted by Vivid Travel to select your room type, discuss payment terms and complete the first payment. Vivid Travel will process along with the remaining balance of the trip and the final payment of the trip will be paid via the Modern Mom on the Move website at

• Monthly installment payments are available but all payments must be paid no later than June 25, 2025. A sample payment schedule based on the lowest priiced room is below.

1. Is there an option to book a single occupancy suite?

Yes, please contact [email protected] for pricing of any other room categories.

2. Does this package include flight?

Airfare is included in the package price. The flight is through American Airlines. The quoted price will not be locked in until the $340 deposit is paid.

3 . What else included in the price?

In order to simplify the booking experience this year, we have included the costs for hotel accomodations, flights, airport transfers, an excursion, MMOTM retreat activies and Pre-Departure Protection.

4. How do I pay for the retreat?

You can either pay for the retreat in full via a link provided by Modern Mom on the Move or you can make payments via a combination of payments to Modern Mom on the Move and Vivid.

Example: Booked lowest quoted deluxe double room and want to do the payment plan.

1. Pay the initial deposit of $340 via Modern Mom on the Move
2. Pay $227.80 monthly for 5 months starting January 25th through Vivid Travel
3. Pay final payment of $232 via Modern Mom on the Move

5. Are there other room options?

Yes, there are additional room options. Some options with pricing are below. (All prices are subject to change and are not final until the deposit is made)

Oceanview Deluxe Double $1,855 per person

Prefeered Club Oceanview Deluxe Double $1,997 per person

6 . Can males attend the retreat?

Yes, any guest over the age of 18 can attend the retreat BUT there will be activities throughout the retreat that are exclusive to women only. We typically include at least four women only events during the retreat.

7 . Will there be time to relax?

Absolutely! Although, we will have plenty of fun, exciting and therapeutic things planned for the group, there will be ample time to relax and enjoy the resort amenities and explore Curacao on your own.

8. Is Travel Insurance available?

Yes, both future credit and cashback insurance options are available. The insurance must be purchased at the time booking. Full details can be requested from [email protected]
