2025 Missouri UPMA Chapter Convention

“District Training Day”.

The First Day of the Convention, Friday, April 11, Actives members will NOT have to use

Annual Leave for Friday Attendance.

The KS MO District Manager has graciously approved this day of training for all those attending the convention.

$200 to Active First Timers

Active First-Timers will receive $200 for attending all 3 days of the convention. The $200 will be paid out on Sunday morning, the final day of the Convention.

• The chapter convention will provide an opportunity for members to gather and connect with fellow members from different areas of the state. This networking leads to shared experiences and knowledge exchange, fostering a sense of solidarity and support within UPMA.
• The convention will offer workshops and educational sessions that aim to enhance each members' skills and knowledge on various relevant topics. Attending these sessions will empower members with valuable information and tools to improve their working conditions.
• The conference will include discussions and debates on important UPMA matters, giving all members a chance to actively participate in shaping the future direction of UPMA.
• There will be many Area and District USPS leaders at the convention, and this will be the perfect opportunity and setting to engage in meaningful conversations, voice your opinions and concerns, and collectively work towards achieving our common goals to improve our work conditions.
