Please consider bringing a non-perishable food item to the assembly to be donated to the United Presbyterian Church, Canonsburg Food Pantry.

4:00pm - 5:00pm | Check-in and appetizers served
5:00pm | Assembly opens followed by delegate introductions/sharing; Metropolis Board and Officer elections
Dinner will be served.
Saturday October 4
9:00am | Assembly continues; coffee and breakfast fare served
12:00pm - 12:30pm | Lunch served
5:00pm | Assembly closes
REGISTRATION:
All delegates must register.
Registration Fee: $ 50.00/person

No refunds or cancellations after Friday, September 26.

For those interested in obtaining hotel reservations, we have negotiated a group discount at Homewood Suites Pittsburgh-Southpointe, 3000 Horizon Vue Drive, Canonsburg, PA, 15317 (An easy five-minute drive to the church)
Rooms are available from Friday evening October 3 through Saturday October 4
The group rate is:
King Bed Studio Suite - $139.00
2 Queen Beds Studio Suite - $149.00
- plus applicable taxes. Full breakfast is included.

2. By phone: 724-745-4663 and book a room under the group code "CHW908" NOTE: Hotel room discount reservation deadline is Friday, September 5. Once you have made your reservation please call the hotel, provide them with your confirmation number and they will apply the discounted rate to your reservation.
