2025 Leadership Conversations: Connecting Mental Health Across Generations

This year’s theme explores how leaders from different generations approach mental health in the workplace and community. An evening experience that combines dynamic networking, curated conversations, and shared food and drinks in a way that feels unlike a standard happy hour or dinner.

Through a speed-dating-style setup, guests will engage in intentional conversations guided by thought provoking questions. Each round pairs individuals from different generations and industries, sparking insights on how communication styles, values, and ways of working evolve over time.

By the end of the evening, attendees will have shared ideas with a variety of peers, left with actionable insights, built new connections across industries and age groups, and gained deeper understanding of leadership within each generation.
