(Bring Marsh Mellows or anything to Roast By the Fire)
* HORSE RIDES, AND POSSIBLY HORSE WAGON HAYRIDE.
* BRING YOUR CANOPIES or Ez Ups , CHAIRS TO SET UP
* CAMPING IS AVAILABLE RV W/WATER & ELECTRIC. $30 NIGHT
* TENT CAMPING $15 NIGHT NO ELECTRIC....

Pre-Entry fee: $4.00
Late fee: $5.00
Fur entry: $2.00
Day of Show Entries: $6.00 per rabbit each show.
NO CREDIT CARDS OR PAYPAL ACCEPTED
There will be NO refunds on entries made then scratched at check in.

โ ๏ธBarn will be Open Friday Night for those who would like to drop off your rabbits (there will NOT be any security overnight Open Barn so leave at your own risk) there will be horse stalls they can be left in for Saturday Show.โ ๏ธ

EXHIBITORS PLEASE
๐ชง๐ฎ Clean up after yourselves so we don't have to start charging for a CLEAN UP FEE !. Garbage cans will be available.
*** Notice Per State of Tennessee NO CVI's ARE Required at this time UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN IN A INFECTED AREA within the past 8 months, then you are required to show cvi issued within 72 hours of entering the state. ***
*** BARN will be Open 6:30 am. Central Time
Please check in by 7:30 am CENTRAL TIME *** DAY OF SHOW ENTRIES MUST BE CHECKED IN BY 7:00am
Payment for entries can be CASH or CHECKS made out in exact amount to LCRBA.
Should you enter and not attend, you will be billed for your entry fees. Your mail, email or online entry is a contract and fees are payable regardless of your attendance. Exhibitors that do not come to the show will be sent a bill and will not be allowed to enter animals in future Tennessee shows until the bill is paid. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or unforeseen illness. Repeat offenders must "Pre-pay" entries !.

Bring your ARBA card, copy of your pedigree for Debra to keep and $6.00 per rabbit to be registered. If you want to Grand Champion it is another $4.00 = $10 Total
Please contact Debra ASAP to let her know if you plan on registering rabbits and how many.
FOOD:
(Food offering on the day of show)
Morning: ๐ฉ Donuts and coffee โ๏ธwill be available while they last with a ๐ฐdonation, which is MUCH appreciated to help cover the costs.
ONSITE FOOD VENDOR:
Lunch: Off the Hook Food Truck
Food offerings planned: Fish, chicken, burgers and grilled cheese plate lunches. Drinks will be available for purchase.

A raffle table will be set up with all proceeds assisting the LCRBA in the show expenses; quality items are always appreciated for donation.
Please note that if you donate a rabbit or cavy, make sure to have its pedigree or state pet or show quality.

DIRECTIONS: GPS 27 SMITH RD.
From I-65, take exit # 14 toward Pulaski onto Highway 64, follow toward Waynesboro/Lawrenceburg (pass the exit for Lawrenceburg) turn right off Hwy 64 on Scenic Rd, follow to Genson Rd turn right, continue on straight to Smith Rd. and You will come to Laurel Campground.
