This event is to help with the carp problem lake glenbawn is facing and also carp fishing is a rewarding and enjoyable outdoor activity, bringing loved ones together while installing an appreciation for nature. This event provides the perfect opportunity for family members and friends to bond and strengthen their relationships in a serene environment at lake glenbawn.

* 2x age groups with both female and male categories.
* junoirs 4yrs-15yrs.
* opens 16yrs & older.
* prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd in each age with also male and female categories.
=12× major prizes.
*prize for most fish in each age categories. =2× major prizes.
*All juniors under 16 must be registered alongside another contestant over the age of 18

* kids aged 4-10 are free entry
* Ages 11+ $15
* Fishing starts from 7am until 3.30pm, presentation at 5pm
*biggest carp for the day will not only take home a 1st place major prize, but also they will take home $1000 cash prize.
