2025 Lake Geneva Symphony Gala

Let the music carry you away to the majestic waters of Lake Geneva. An unforgettable evening awaits with wonderful orchestral music, elegant dinner, cocktails, auctions and dancing to our Swing Band. Join us February 8, 2025 at 5:00 pm at the Abbey Resort, Fontana in the beautiful Harbormaster Ballroom. We look forward to your support and celebrating with you.

Timeline of Events:

5:00 Cocktails and Music

6:30 Dinner

7:30 Lake Geneva Symphony Orchestra Concert

8:45-10:30 Dancing to the Swing Band

Dinner Choices:

1. Stuffed Breast of Chicken with Tomato Sauce Stuffed with Risotto
2. Beef Short Ribs Braised in Demi, Pearl Onion, Au Jus
3. Ravioli Stuffed with Butternut Squash With a Brown Butter Sage Sauce

All entrees include champagne green salad: Boston Bibb lettuce, cherry tomatoes, watermelon radish, champagne vinaigrette dressing will be offered tableside
(ranch, and balsamic will be available as well), and dinner rolls with butter.

Dessert alternating at each setting: Chocolate Decadence Cake and Créme Brûlée Cheesecake.

Scroll down in entree box if you would like to order Ravioli. Other orders will be assigned to a seat by EventBrite.
