EVENING PREVIEW - 12/4/2025

Charter motor coach transportation is back!!

Evening Preview features early boutique shopping, champagne and cocktail reception with hors d'oeuvres, hosted bar, elegant dinner, and silent auction. Then prepare to visit our homes with an escorted tour via motor coach.

The event starts at 4:30pm at Fort Washington Country Club. Motor coaches will leave the Fort to tour the homes starting at 6:15pm. Patrons can expect to return to the Fort by10:00pm. Tickets are also valid during Day Tour on Friday, December 5th for any homes you want to revisit.

DAY TOUR - 12/5/2025

Tour the homes at your own pace from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Join us at our Tea and Boutique at Fort Washington Country Club from 8:30am to 2:30pm. Enjoy light refreshments and Holiday shopping at our Boutique featuring holiday gifts and home decor.

Enjoy priority entrance to the homes via an exclusive line dedicated to VIP ticket holders. Plus enjoy all the features of the Day Tour above.

Homes are open from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Info: Guests are greeted with a glass of champagne upon entry to the club house. Upon check in, you will receive your table assignment. Guests can enjoy the hosted (open) bar, shopping at our Boutique featuring unique home decor, holiday gifts, and homemade treats; and bid on the Silent Auction items. The Silent Auction will close during dinner. A gourmet sit-down dinner will be served simultaneously with an introduction of our Homeowners. We will start loading the motor coaches around 6:15pm for an escorted tour of the five beautiful homes. The motor coaches will return to the Fort before by 10pm. Because we are providing transportation, no personal vehicles will be given entrance to the homes. Evening Preview tickets may also be used for the following day during the self-guided Day Tour.
