All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ICQCT 2025 will be published in the SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X), which will be archived in the SPIE Digital Library, and indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.

2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.

3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.

4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.

5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.
