5. Submission Guidelines

Abstracts should be between 200-400 words and clearly outline the purpose, methodology, results, and relevance of your work. All submissions must be original and unpublished. Full papers will undergo a peer-review process and selected papers will be published in the conference proceedings and indexed journals.

6. Publication

After successful registration and presentation at IG2025, accepted papers will be considered for publication through a rigorous peer-review process. The Scientific Committee will assign each paper to the most suitable outlet based on research quality, topic alignment, and editorial recommendations. Authors do not choose the outlet; this ensures academic integrity and optimal placement.

a) Discover Sustainability – Springer

• Indexed in: Web of Science (ESCI), Scopus, DOAJ
• Impact Factor: 2.4
• Independent peer-review process (separate from IG2025)
• Note: Authors must pay the APC (Article Processing Charge) directly to Springer. This fee is not included in the IG2025 registration.

If the paper is not accepted by the Springer journal or the author declines the APC, it will be published in one of the following without additional charges:
