• Intro - Mandala Ceremony

• Yin Movement Flow ( Led By Me ) Begin with a gentle yin practice to release deep-seated tension and create space within your body. This mindful movement will help you connect with your inner wisdom and prepare to receive new energies.
  
• Reflections: reflect on the past year—celebrating what served you and releasing what no longer does. Set clear intentions for 2025 with a heart full of clarity and purpose.

• Sound Healing: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound, designed to harmonize your energy and restore balance within. The soothing tones will help you enter a meditative state, deepening your connection to your highest self.

• Collective Tarot Reading: Together, we will explore the collective energies for 2025 through a group tarot reading. This powerful, intuitive practice will provide insights, guidance, and inspiration for the year to come.

• Fire Ceremony: Conclude the retreat with a sacred fire ceremony, symbolizing transformation, release, and the birthing of new intentions.
