We are gearing up to host our "IFPIES Patient & Clinician Education Conference" this October 11-12, 2025 in Chicago, IL! We wanted to capture your feedback on lodging and travel needs so we can provide our attendees with the most cost-effective and hospitable options available. Given the Chicago Marathon will take place on the same weekend as the IFPIES Conference, please take a moment to complete the survey below and share with us your thoughts and needs to join us this October.
