Join us in-person in New York City for a full day of lectures and sawbone labs. Participants will learn how to accurately assess indications for osteotomies around the knee in patients with varus and valgus deformities and patellofemoral pathologies. We will discuss preoperative planning, surgical technique, potential complications, and postoperative management to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Livestream available.

Learning Objectives | HSS continuing medical education activities are intended to improve the quality of patient care and safety. At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Accurately assess indications for osteotomies around the knee in patients with varus and valgus deformities and patellofemoral pathologies.
- Describe various procedures including preoperative planning, surgical technique, and postoperative management.
- Identify and manage potential complications associated with knee osteotomies, ensuring improved patient outcomes and reduced surgical variability.
Target Audience | This activity is targeted to surgeons and physicians specializing in limb lengthening and complex reconstruction, pediatric orthopaedics, orthopaedic trauma, and/or musculoskeletal tumor and oncology, as well as residents and fellows. Physical therapists, podiatrists, prosthetists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, surgical technicians, and medical students may also benefit from attending this activity.
