It's coming! The most SPOOK-TACULAR High Fitness Event in SE Idaho!Get ready to sweat your way through the spookiest season at our annual Haunted HIGH Fitness event on Wednesday, October 29th at 7pm! Everyone in the community is invited. No membership required.
Designed to keep your heart rate up and your energy high, this class combines high-intensity cardio, strength training, and fun, spooky elements to make your workout feel like a thrilling adventure.
Dress up in your favorite costume and enjoy music and exercises inspired by Halloween classics—think zombie lunges, witchy squats, and ghostly jumps. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class will keep you motivated, energized, and ready to conquer the Halloween festivities.
Join us and transform your fitness routine into a spine-chilling, calorie-burning experience! Tickets are limited and entry is $15 with a grab bag or $5 general admission. Grab your ghoul-friends and come have a blast with all our our amazing HIGH Fitness Instructors! Tickets go on sale at 10am on October 8th.
