2025 Greater Louisville Alumnae Panhellenic Scholarship Brunch

Greater Louisville Alumnae Panhellenic (GLAP) will be hosting its annual Panhellenic Scholarship Brunch on Saturday, March 22, 2025. The event will take place at the University Club of Louisville (200 E Brandeis Ave, Louisville, KY 40208).

Doors will open at 10:00 AM for the Silent Auction and Check-In with the brunch and program beginning at 11:00 AM.

Each year, the GLAP comes together with Panhellenic women throughout the Louisville metropolitan area to raise scholarship funds for Panhellenic women at the University of Louisville, Bellarmine University, and Indiana University Southeast. Join us in celebrating our 2025 Scholarship Award Winners and the 2025 Outstanding Alumna award recipient. We are also excited to welcome our keynote speaker, Cynthia Knapek (President & CEO of Leadership Louisville Center).

In 2025, GLAP awarded $6000 in scholarship funds to some amazing Panhellenic women. We could not do this without you. We have three opportunities to contribute to the scholarship fund.

1. Attend the Luncheon. All profits from ticket sales go to the fund. Additionally, we will be hosting a live auction with some special items during the luncheon.
2. Silent Auction. Going live on March 17th, the silent auction is GLAP's primary fundraiser. Follow GLAP on Facebook or Instagram for updates! If you are interested in donating items for the auction, please contact [email protected].
3. Donate. If you would like to make a donation, please visit the GLAP Scholarship Campaign website.

Philanthropy

Each year, GLAP selects a local non-profit organization or cause to support and organizes a collection at our event. This year, we will be collecting new hygiene items to support Uniting Partners for Women and Children, Louisville's first women's only day shelter for that provides vital resources to women in our area. Please consider donating items from this list!

Additional Event Details

• Tickets are $40 for alumnae and $35 for collegians.
• A cash bar will be available.
• A pre-purchased ticket is required. The deadline to register is March 15 @ 5pm.
• A credit card must be provided to purchase tickets. If you need to pay by check, please contact [email protected].
