Good Samaritan Hospice cordially invites you and your loved ones to join us in a time of ritual and reflection during our annual Service of Remembrance. Please RSVP by October 17 to [email protected] or call (540) 776-0198 with the number in your party and your loved one's name to be acknowledged.
If you are unable to attend, but would like for your loved one's name to be read, please let us know.
For those attending, you may bring a framed photograph of your loved one to display during the service.
