2025 Frank Bryant Jr. MD, Memorial Distinguished Lecture

Associate Professor Keisha Ray, PhD present the 2025 Frank Bryant Jr. MD, Memorial Distinguished Lecture. The topic of the lecture is "The Fight for Just Medicine, Just Health, and A Just Nation: Our Role in Continuing The Legacy of Dr. Frank Bryant". Dr. Ray holds the John P. McGovern, MD Professorship of Oslerian Medicine at the McGovern Center for Humanities & Ethics at UT Health Houston, where she also serves as the Director of the Medical Humanities Scholarly Concentration. She is the author of the book “Black Health: The Social, Political, and Cultural Determinants of Black People’s Health” with Oxford University Press.
