2025 Fall Showcase Auditions

Auditions are open for our 2025 Fall Showcase: "The Apartments." Adult actors of all ages, experience levels, and types are encouraged to audition, especially for diverse casting. Actors will read scenes from the contest-winning plays selected for our showcase—no memorized monologues necessary.

If you have never acted before and are looking for something new, 10-minute plays are a perfect way to start! Auditioning is a great way for experienced actors to keep their skills sharp, too!

The Fall Showcase will be presented on stage September 25–28 at the Kress Theater in downtown Alexandria. Actors must be available for all production dates. Rehearsals will be scheduled by individual directors with their casts.

NOTE: Actors are welcome to attend both audition sessions, however, attendance at both is not required. Festival directors will be present to make casting decisions.
