Open to the public, a candidate forum is planned for the Wilmington municipal races at WHQR Gallery on Oct. 8, 6 p.m.
Hosted by WECT, Port City Daily and WHQR, the forum will be moderated by Jon Evans and with questions directed to candidates from reporters of the three media stations.
