WELCOME to Edge4Vets!
Join us for our "Kick off" Workshop in Tucson in early May.
9:30am to 3pm, with complimentary lunch.

Our Free in-person workshop helps you translate your military strengths into "tools" for civilian success, then we connect you to decision-makers at our partner companies to explore opportunities for good jobs that can lead to great careers, whether you wish to work in Tucson or any community in the country.

The Edge4Vets workshop is make possible by Desert Thunder Squadron and the group's coalition of business, government and school partners who are committed to supporting the expansion of veteran employment in Tucson, including assisting airmen and women who transition out of Davis Monthan AFB each year.

REGISTER now! The plan is to offer the workshop in early May at a central location in Tucson. We used "May 1" as a placemarker on this form, but once you register we'll be in touch to get you prepared and call you with the precise date in early May.

But register now to guarantee yourself a place! Spaces for this "kick off" workshop will be limited.

THREE WAYS Edge4Vets provides you with "in person" support:

1. At the workshop we'll introduce you to business leaders and HR reps (decision makers from our partner companies) who will work with you in small-groups to identify your strengths from the military, including Values and Skills. We'll teach you how to translate your military strengths as business mentors provide support and get you started on creating a personal PLAN4SUCCESS for an "edge" to get hired.

2. Following the workshop we'll give you access to our Edge4Vets online course for those who wish to take their strengths-translation preparation from the workshop to the next level. Through a series of short videos and exercises, the online course will guide you at your own pace to refine your PLAN and put it into final form before you submit it to earn your Edge4Vets Certificate.

3. Also, we'll give workshop participants a list of the HR reps from our partner companies. You'll be able to contact them for help to MATCH your skills and interests from your personal PLAN to job opportunities at their companies - and line up interviews. Or use their guidance to open doors for employment in other cities.

Our goal is to put you on a pathway to success in civilian life - to give you the life you want!
