Join the East End District and Fit Houston on Saturday, November 22nd from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the Esplanade at Navigation for a fun-filled, FREE fitness event.

This inclusive event is designed for everyone, with activities, free food samples, and more. Join the party and sample 30-minute fitness classes like Zumba, Step Zumba, HIIT, yoga, and more. Enjoy a live DJ, free food with a local chef, mocktails, family activities, and a raffle of Lululemon items every hour on the hour!

We will reserve 100 free event tshirts for the first 100 attendees who register and attend by 11 a.m.! After 11 a.m., it is first come, first served, for free event tshirts until we run out!
