About this Event
We are pleased to invite you to recruit at the 2025 Washington, D.C. Journalism Job Fair. This annual event has consistently attracted a large and diverse pool of early and mid-career job candidates, leading many recruiters to return year after year.
This registration page is only for media recruiters. Job seekers can register on a separate registration page starting Jan. 1.
The job fair will again be hosted by Georgetown University’s Master of Professional Studies in Journalism program, and organized in conjunction with the Washington, D.C., chapters of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists, the National Association of Black Journalists, the Asian American Journalists Association, NLGJA: The Association of LGBTQ+ Journalists, the Society of Professional Journalists, and the Journalism & Women Symposium.
Event details
When: Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.*
Where: Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies, 640 Massachusetts Ave., NW, Washington, D.C.
*Recruiters may arrive early and stay late for set up and tear down.
Registration rates and deadlines
Early: $200 until Friday, Jan. 31
Regular: $300 until Friday, March 14
Last call: $400 until Friday, March 28
Please note: The registration deadlines will not be extended under any circumstances. The recruiter tables sold out during regular registration last year, so it is recommended that recruiters secure their spot as soon as possible.
Your registration will include:
• One table with space for as many as four recruiters.
• One table linen. You may also bring your own linen.
• Breakfast snacks, refreshments and a maximum of four boxed lunches.
• Inclusion of your company logo on all promotional material.
• Mentions of your company on social media promotions.
