Our monthly litter cleanups are the 1st Sunday of the month, March through November. Litter cleanups are a quick and easy way for you to perform watershed stewardship -- every piece of litter you pick up is a piece of litter that doesn't end up in our waterways!- October 5: Meet at La Plata Train Station Museum
- November 2: Meet at Dorchester Community Center (400 Dorchester St.)
Bring your gloves and wear comfortable walking shoes. We'll provide bags and safety gear.
Other items you may want to bring:
- trash grabber
- water bottle
- rake
- sunscreen
- wagon or wheelbarrow
