2025 CoDA Service Conference (CSC)

The CoDA Service Conference (CSC) is CoDA World’s annual business meeting. The CSC is held each year to transact CoDA World business through the group conscience process. The location varies from year to year to support and help grow CoDA communities around the world. Attendees can attend this event in person or virtually via the internet.

This is a private event, therefore Codependents Anonymous Inc. will not be issuing letters of invitation, for the purposes of international travel and visa application processes to attend our Conference this is to follow our own guidelines and processes while adhering to the state laws in which our corporation is registered along with those of the United States of America.

In order to conduct a safe, healthy, principle focused conference, the following Procedural Healthy Boundaries will be in place for all to follow. Please familiar yourself with these Boundaries. 2025 CSC Procedural Healthy Boundaries

Anyone is welcome to attend the CSC. Registration is required for all attendees. Trusted Servants participate in the CSC in one of the following roles:

CSC Delegate – Delegates are elected by a Voting Entity or Intergroup. A Delegate is a voting member at the CSC and is responsible for voting on all business matters.

CSC Alternate Delegate – Alternate Delegates are elected by a Voting Entity or Intergroup. They vote on all CSC business when the Voting Entity Delegate is unavailable to vote.

CSC Other Attending CoDA Members – Board Members and CoRe Board Members are elected and required to attend the CSC. Committee Chairs and Committee Members may also attend to present committee reports and motions.

*** All attendees (Delegates, Alternate Delegates, or Other Attending CoDA Members) may attend in person or virtually. Registration is required. If you attend virtually, instructions for joining the meeting (via Zoom) will be sent before the meeting starts.

CSC Observer - Anyone may observe the CoDA Service Conference (the business meeting), either in person or virtually. For in-person observation, a separate room at the venue will be designated for viewing the business meeting. For virtual observation, a live YouTube link will be provided.

There is no charge to attend the CSC.

• Room rates are $154.00 USD for a Standard 2 Queen or Standard King room.
• Please note the last day to make reservations is September 11, 2025.
• Local attendees: carpooling in encouraged as the hotel chargets $25.00 USD per night for uncovered self-parking (in/out privileges).
• Refundable incidental deposit: USD $50 per accommodation, per day.

• Alternate Airport Transportation: Lady Liberty Transportation, 1-215-724-8888.
• Domestic travel - You can use a government-issued photo ID, such as a state-issued driver's license, to board a domestic flight. Starting May 7, 2025, you'll need a REAL ID-compliant ID to board a domestic flight at Philadelphia International Airport.
• International travel - You'll need a passport to cross international borders, whether by land, air, or sea.
