2025 C.H.I. Dealer Meeting

Welcome to the 2025 C.H.I. Dealer Meeting! Join us at the beautiful Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort for a few days filled with networking, learning, and fun. This in-person event is a great opportunity to connect with fellow dealers and stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the industry. Don't miss out on this exciting event - mark your calendars now!

• Registration this year will come to you in 2 waves.

STEP 1 - You'll need to get your tickets to reserve your spot. Please sign-up all attendees from your company on this registration link.

STEP 2 - After we confirm your reservation, you will receive another link on Monday, March 17th that will ask you for your meal, events, and class preferences. Note in this 2nd link you will have the opportunity to customize your event experience.

• Important! Additional Ticket Information/Cancellation Policy

Dealers are allotted complimentary passes determined by their C.H.I. Preferred Partner Program status. (5 Star Elite - 4 Complimentary Passes, 4 Star Premier - 3 Complimentary Passes and Pro and Standard - 2 Complimentary Passes)

Ticket prices are as follows: Adult Complete Meeting Pass - $450, Adult Companion Pass - $350 and Kids 12 and Under Pass - $150. Any additional tickets you purchase will be invoiced to your C.H.I. account labeled as "DM25 Additional Tickets". Charges for extra tickets will post to your account by May 9th, 2025.

Please also note, IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL any of your registrants or your company from the dealer meeting, you will need to do so no later than May 14th, 2025.

• Make sure you book your hotel room direct with the hotel.

Every dealer needs to book their own room. We encourage you to book early to ensure your room as there is a limit to our room block. Our C.H.I. room rate discount is good until Friday, May 9th or until the block is full.
