- 11:00 am – Seated for sit-down lunch
- 11:15 am – Welcome, prayer, and announcements
- 11:20 am – Introduction of keynote speaker
- 11:50 am – Review of course rules
- Noon – Shotgun start
- 04:30 pm – Awards with light snacks
- 05:00 pm – Departure
