Info: Your Holiday Headquarters to Kick Off the Fun!

The magic begins at Santa’s Welcome Station, where CAMs and Board Members will officially check in and get set for a day full of festivities, learning, and celebration.

Each guest will receive:

A Santa’s Swag Bag to use to pack with goodies during the expo,

A Reindeer Wristband granting access to all activities,

A Frosty Friend’s Name Tag to help you connect and mingle,

And your event roadmap: the “Merry-Time Agenda” – your guide to all the day’s joyful happenings!

Info: This expert-led panel discussion is designed for both CAMs and Board Members who want to better understand the role and impact of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Industry professionals will share insights on maintaining and improving your community’s aesthetics, covering topics like pool maintenance and design, sustainable Florida landscaping and irrigation, tree care, exterior painting standards, and the legal responsibilities of the ARC. Learn how to balance beauty, function, and compliance to create communities that stand out for all the right reasons. Whether you're managing one association or several, this session will equip you with the tools and perspectives needed to support an effective ARC and elevate curb appeal.

Info: Before the trade show kicks off, our CAMs are invited to an exclusive VIP Experience where the holiday spirit meets sunny Florida vibes! You’ll have 2 hours to stroll through Candy Cane Lane, visiting each of our 6 fabulous VIP sponsors at their themed booths. As you mingle and learn, collect a stamp at every stop on your “Sleigh the Lane Passport.”

Once your passport is fully stamped, head over to Santa’s Surf Shop and check in with the big guy himself. In exchange, you’ll receive raffle tickets for a chance to win our BIG prize giveaways before the expo!
