2025 Book Arts Annual Members' Meeting

We look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday, March 16, for our Annual Members Meeting.
We invite Book Arts members, friends, and anyone interested in our Center’s offerings to attend.
The afternoon’s event will include a potluck, a brief business meeting, and the announcement of the 2025 Members Project.

A brief bit of business to start...
The Coordinating Committee will ask the members to approve the slate of CC representatives (voice acclimation)

Then the food… (It’s always about the food!)
as the meal begins, we'll take the opportunity to

• Introduce ourselves
• Provide updates on upcoming workshops, classes, projects and events
• Member Q & A, announcements

The Center will provide two main dishes (one chicken, one vegetarian) along with drinks and tableware.

You, the members, please provide:

• A side or salad If your last name begins with A-I
• A dessert if your last name begins with J-Q
• An appetizer if your last name begins with R-Z

It’s free, but RSVP!
Please let us know if you are planning to attend. That will ensure that we have a generous supply of food and drink on hand.

• The Virginia Center for the Book expects that all program participants are vaccinated.
• Should public health guidelines change and new norms be applicable, we reserve the right to revisit the expectations in the interest of participant health and safety
